About Us
Kerry is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. She brings to her practice a passion for women's health, with a particular interest in breast health, breast cancer and lymphatic health.
Using a unique approach that combines experience, compassionate insight, and lightheartedness, Kerry works to help each client to discover their unique state of being, and to take steps to proactively optimize their health.
Ayurveda - Kerry studied Ayurveda at the California College of Ayurveda in Grass Valley; Ayurvedic pulse and clinical assessment at the Dhyana Center with founder DeAnna Batdorff and Conscious conception, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause in a one-on-one course study with Dr. Sarita Shrestha of Nepal at the Mount Madonna Institute.
Herbalism- Kerry studied Women's contraceptive health with herbalist Kami McBride. She deepens her herbal studies on an ongoing basis with Candis Cantan. She has been attending the Northern California Women's Herbal Symposium since 1998.
Massage- Kerry first studied lymphatic massage with Daya Fisch, founder of the Breast Health Project; Oncology Massage with Isabel Adkins at the Massage Therapy Institute and Visionary Craniosacral with Hugh Milne. She is also graduate of the McKinnon Institute of Massage and is a Certified Lymphatic Therapist from The Academy of Lymphatic Studies.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
72 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 72 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

About Kerry
I got started on my path as a breast health practitioner when I had just started my Ayurvedic studies in 2003. Someone very dear to me had a radical mastectomy, both of her breasts were removed. With radical mastectomies all the breast tissue and nipples are removed, as well as the lymph nodes in the armpit and muscles in the chest wall. She suffered from lymphatic build up which resulted in painful lymphedema. Around this time I met Daya Fitch, founder of the Breast Health Project and started studying with her. I focused my Ayurvedic training/practice on women's health.
Today I help women with an array of breast issues from breast cancer to fibercystic breasts to mastitis from breast feeding. Or just for greater breast health!
